Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Students may cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule.
- Rescheduling is allowed once per session if requested at least 24 hours prior. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Refunds are eligible only within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than one session from the package has been consumed.
- To request a refund, users must email support@tutorcops.com with the order ID and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method, after internal review.
- Packages purchased under promotional or discounted pricing are non-refundable.
- TutorCops.com reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, excessive cancellations, or policy violations.
