• As all sessions are conducted online, there is no physical shipping involved.
• Students will receive access to sessions through email and dashboard notifications within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Live sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and tutor. Recorded sessions (if applicable) are available through the user account.
• It is the responsibility of the student to attend the session on time.
